In particular, users who submit User Content to this Site, whether music, lyrics, articles, images, software or any other copyrightable material must ensure that their uploading does not infringe the copyrights of third parties. After proper notification by the copyright holder or its agent to ARTISTdirect and later confirmation through court order or an admission by the user that an account has been an instrument of unlawful infringement, ARTISTdirect will terminate the infringing user's account. ARTISTdirect may also in its sole discretion decide to terminate a subscriber's account privileges prior to that time if it has good faith belief that infringement has in fact occurred.
