Inspired by Toy Story 2, Woody's Roundup features songs about everyone's favorite toy cowboy, as well as some country classics, as performed by Riders in the Sky. The "Woody's Roundup" theme, "Jessie, the Yodelin' Cowgirl," and "The Ballad of Bullseye" are among the best Woody-themed tracks, and the Riders' renditions of "Act Naturally," "Home on the Range," and "You've Got a Friend in Me" are just as charming as their children's album Harmony Ranch. Like Toy Story 2 itself, Woody's Roundup is a creative, entertaining album for Toy Story fans of all ages. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
