BMG Special Products' Rockin' 80's is a collection of ten pop/rock and album rock hits culled from the RCA vaults. Really, the only things the featured songs have in common is their shared label and decade, but that turns out to be enough for an entertaining compilation. After all, it's hard to go wrong with a budget-line disc that contains "We Built This City," "Never Gonna Give You Up," "Who's Zoomin' Who," "Private Eyes," "You Should Hear How She Talks About You," "Funky Town," "Here Comes the Rain Again," "Ghostbusters," and "'65 Love Affair."
